Terms & Conditions

  • To register for any of the courses a person must correctly complete the application form and return it to the Institute with the registration fee.
  • Student are enrolled to a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least one week before the course is due to start. No refunds can be made if cancellations are made within one week of the start of the course or once the course has commenced.
  • Provide mobile or email notification before you absent.
  • Missed lessons with no notification will be charged and the student will not be entitled to a makeup lesson.
  • Students will be expected to attend all timetabled lessons.
  • Any late installment payments will result in the student for felting their practical time and use of the studios.
  • National holidays -lessons scheduled on national holidays such as new year, govt. Holidays and national day will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.
  • The institute have the right to change the instructor if ever the regular instructor is absent.
  • The institute reserves the right to change any of the course fee at any time. However, once a student has registered for a course any subsequent price changes will not apply to that student.
  • Students are responsible for providing a suitable instrument for instruction. Tuition does not include the costs for lesson books, materials etc.
  • Student has to pay security amount of INR 2000 (refundable).
  • Note: not applicable for instrument courses.
  • Fee date will be extended maximum 2 days only.
